The 471 Query Tool: Create targeted FRN searches to review current or
prior year Awards, including pricing information. You may
also search for specific equipment filtered by manufacturer, type, category, or model
number. Queries may be ad hoc or saved for repeated use.
Within this tool are also:
Daily E-Mail FRN Alerts: Daily e-mails are sent when funding requests of interest to you
are updated at USAC. These may be based on BENs, SPINs,
a list of FRNs, or other criteria. You can also receive weekly or monthly disbursement summaries
for FRNs you are tracking.
471 PDF Reports: View selected awards for FRN or Line Item Data and
sort them according to your preferences. Reports can be automatically sent via e-mail on a daily or weekly basis.
471 Query Export Wizards: Export query results as customized spreadsheets. Select and
arrange fields as desired, including FRN, FST, Line Item, and other related data points. FST Exports can be
sent automatically by e-mail daily or weekly.
FRN Monitor (optional): This add-on tool helps
manage large numbers of awards, including by sending out e-mail alerts about significant
events (status changes, disbursements, deadlines, etc.) in the funding process.

Filtered searching: Filter Form 470s by category, location, size, RFPs,
keywords, and more to research applications filed by your entities.
Daily or weekly 470 notification e-mails: E-mails are sent with a list of Form 470s filed
in the past 24 hours, based on your parameters. You will also receive update e-mails for RFP changes to
any Form 470s referenced in previous notifications.
Monitor Alerts: The FRN Monitor includes the option to send you a 470 Alert when a Monitored Entity files a Form
470.
Hardware Inventory Tool (optional): Review your entities' existing
Category 2 purchases in a streamlined interface. Enter search parameters to
find a group of Filing Entities and view Line Item information for those entities.
Any selected Filing Entity's inventory can be exported to an
Excel spreadsheet or displayed/saved as a PDF report.
Standard Reports Menu: Get quick access to Awards Summary, Budget Summary, Line
Item Detail, ECF and RHCP Awards reports, filtered by Entity Number, SPIN or
other parameters.
School Access Dashboard (optional): This feature is available to Consultants
or Coordinators who have purchased the FRN Monitor add-on to give your entities a way to
access their own E-Rate information in QueryBob's Entity Dashboard –
which is branded with your logo.
